Corvo Ravenhead

Another of a group of immortals from a far away galaxy. An Incubus vampire, 150 years old and born a part-vampire, which makes him a day-walker.

Born in the dark realms, Corvo’s true guardian was unaware of his existence. He was found by the then Dark God, Drakus Kaelen, and raised in seclusion, hardly seeing his mysterious ‘benefactor’. Once of age, the youngster fell in love with his ‘master’, and was betrayed and enslaved. The older vampire placed a bond on him, known as ‘The Immortal Seal’, an illegal and permanent soul-bond. Corvo, believing it was a love bond accepted, and now cannot be separated from Drakus for more than three weeks or so before he becomes ill. Death will follow unless he is returned to his master.

His adult years were spent as nothing more than the vampire god’s whore and concubine, until he finally found the courage to run. After this, his master was genetically altered by the Doctor and Corvo’s true guardian. Corvo returned to Kaelen shortly after that, not just because the Immortal Seal forced it, but also because his master’s love was the one thing he’d craved all his life. Many see this as 'Stockholm syndrome', but the bond between Corvo and Drakus runs far deeper than mortal understanding.

Appearance
6' 1", with black hair, dark brown eyes, usually a little scruffy, in jeans and a leather jacket.

Personality:
Corvo generally means well. He can be cheeky, nosy, curious and sometimes evasive. A life of abuse has left him a bit of a mess. He suffers from ‘slave mentality’ and finds it hard to turn down any attempt at seduction - In spite of this, he might 'act up' a little with anyone he thinks is more dominant, or strong. He’s used to dominance and pain, if he thinks he’s not going to get it, he might try to provoke a lover into force. Depends on his mood, which changes like the wind.

He can be argumentative and deliberately annoying one minute, and giggling like an idiot about it the next. Corvo occasionally acts like a dickhead, but he can be quiet and shy.

Whenever he needs to feed, or has the Craving, he becomes coy, seductive and even a little crazy. He is not the kind of vampire that needs to kill, and would only ever hurt anyone in self defence.
(Note: He’s under the protection of his ‘master’ Drakus Kaelen, so if anyone attacks him unprovoked, there’s going to be trouble. However, if Kaelen decides that Corvo was ‘asking for it’ the matter will probably be dropped. These are alien vampires; they don’t see morality and retribution in the same way as humans or mortals)


(OOC note: Corvo is not heterosexual. He has close female friends, but would have no interest in anything more with a woman)

Weaponry:
Small hardwood dagger for protecting himself from aggressive vampires; He is nowhere near as powerful as Lord Kaelen He does have some extra physical strength associated with vampires; but as a technical and legal youngster, his powers in that regard are not as fully developed either.

Getting Around
It's a beat-up 20th century, dark green Vauxhall Astra Estate. (I believe that's a station-wagon in Americanese?) It's kitted out with disguised alien technology. Very clunky, 'hops' from world to nexus to back-and-forth in time. He likes to pilot it rather than drive it. Damn thing keeps falling apart, so when he's not around he's fixing her up. (That said, it is NOT anything like a TARDIS, and is NOT bigger on the inside)

Origin in RP:
An OC, originally from a Doctor Who universe-based RPG. Corvo is, of late, increasingly becoming part of an AU Buffy!verse. (Crossover. Yay)
This character is totally mine and nobody else owns him. He is not the PB, Louis Prades is just used to represent him.
